On July 15th, 2026, the Rapids Riders ATV Club, along with members from North Woods Quads in Hill City, Red Rock Riders from Pengilly, and community members, will meet at the Shinglemill access point of the UPM Blandin trail in Itasca County, Minnesota to kick off our 2nd annual ATV ride for the staff and clients of Itasca Life Options.

Last year, over 17 club members, business owners, and representatives from the Itasca County Sheriff’s Office and the Grand Rapids Police Department joined ATV fans who brought their ATV SXSs to participate in this amazing event. Even though the weather was a bit rainy and muddy, it just added to the thrill of the ride. We all took a break for a tasty lunch with hot dogs, chips, cookies, water, and lots of laughter and smiles all around.

We were lucky to have several fantastic local businesses that helped make this ride such an awesome adventure. A big shoutout to the Trails Inn Motel & Campground for providing a couple of SXS Rentals, along with Arrow Embroidery, Rick’s Electric, the Itasca County Sheriff’s Office, the Grand Rapids Police Department, and the Grand Rapids Park & Rec Department for their generous support in making this outing a success and enjoyable for everyone. We can’t wait for the continued support and camaraderie.

Most importantly, we are excited to spend time with Lisa, Sonia, and the whole staff and clients of Itasca Life Options. We truly value the chance to create even more memories, smiles, and laughter that will last a lifetime.
